Joe founded Gordon Asset Management, LLC in 2001 and has over 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. Previously, Joe was a majority owner of both an investment advisory firm and a 401(k) record keeping firm dating back to the early 1980’s. A graduate of the University of North Carolina, Joe focuses on business development and client relationship management and is a co-chair of the Investment Policy Committee
Todd Zempel, known as “Z”, has over 13 years of extensive industry experience. Prior to taking over retirement plan operations for the Gordon Asset Management, Z spent a decade in retirement plan administration and record-keeping. Z holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA) designation Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation, and is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Adviser (CPFA). Z was voted one of the nation’s top 50 retirement plan advisors under the age of 40 in 2015.
Glenn graduated from Virginia Tech in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner. Over the years, he has continued his acquisition of industry designations, passing Level 1 and 2 of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst exams in 2013. Glenn is also a candidate for the Level 3 Chartered Financial Analyst exam in June of 2019. In his spare time while he is not studying, Glenn enjoys golfing, exercising and being active outside.
Adria Yannaccone has 10 years of professional experience in the retirement plan and financial services industry. She joined Gordon Asset Management, LLC in 2011 offering ERISA operations support. Adria received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA and holds her ARPS designation.
J.T. joined Gordon Asset Management, LLC as an intern in 2014, and was soon after hired as a full time member of the ERISA team. His primary responsibilities include participant education & enrollment, meeting preparation, and assisting with day-to-day client service. J.T. graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently holds his CPFA and AIF designations.
Josh is an Investment Advisor with Gordon Asset Management, LLC. Born and raised in the Carolinas, he graduated magna cum laude as a student athlete from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Finance. During his time at Coastal, he played quarterback for the football team and was part of the prestigious Wall Fellows Program. Josh is passionate about helping small businesses, sole proprietors and individuals who are looking for an easier way to save towards retirement.
